Miss Witt & Explorers Gin Collaboration

We firmly believe that great cocktails and chocolates are better when shared with friends and with good conversation. Miss Witt and Explorer’s Gin are working in partnership to host an evening exploring taste through cocktails and chocolate.

They have kindly shared this recipe of a French bitter cocktail that will be featuring in their workshop on the 11th of March. The workshop will take place from 7pm till 9pm and the sign up can be accessed here Gin Cocktails and Chocolate workshop 11th March 7pm till 9pm — Chocolate By Miss Witt.

French Bitter Cocktail Recipe:

 

Taste: Refreshing with zing

 

Original Recipe:

30ml – 60ml Champagne (topping up)

30ml Explorer’s Gin

15ml Simple Sugar Syrup

15ml Lemon Juice

7ml Campari

 

Method:

Fill cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake

Add gin, simple sugar syrup, lemon juice and Campari

Shake well

Strain into champagne glass

Top up with Champagne

Add a twist of Grapefruit peel

 

Variations:

Use fresh grapefruit or orange juice

Replace Champagne with sparkling wine
